La Parmigiana is a traditional Italian dish which can also be made in a 'light' version - which I was doing :) I learned to cook this dish because my love's favourite is a baked eggplant, so I wanted to surprise him and make him happy :) If some of you are interested, I can add the recipe, too - just let me know in the comments below!
